About the event


Euroglaces General Assembly – 18th to 20th September 2024


We take great joy in welcoming you to this year's Euroglaces General Assembly of the European Ice Cream Association!


The General Assembly, as the highest decision-making body of the association, meets once a year, this time in Slovenia.


  • The formal part of this year's assembly will start with an afternoon board meeting at the hotel, followed by a gala dinner at Ljubljana Castle. For early arrivals, we have arranged a morning golf session followed by lunch.
  • The following day, the General Assembly will meet for both morning and afternoon sessions. A partner program is planned for those not taking part in the General Assembly meeting. In the evening, an unforgettable dining experience awaits at the spectacular Nebo Showroom.
  • Finally, on the last day, we'll tour shopping centers to evaluate brand exposure. After lunch at the hotel, our gathering will come to a close.


We are confident that this year's programme will give you great opportunities to share ideas and experiences.

The peaceful surroundings of Smlednik, which is only a 15-minute drive from Ljubljana, boasts 18 holes that connect as much as 5,872 meters in length. Each hole has its own story that will surely captivate you.


In addition to the course, which hosts both professional and amateur golfers looking for recreation in nature, the infrastructure next to the course offers a lot of fun for other visitors as well.


In the clubhouse is the popular golf restaurant CUBO, where they prepare top-quality lunches and dinners every day and where lunch will also be taken care of for those of you who will try your hand at golf.
